Our refund policy is simple: 
If your business does not meet our qualifications as an America First company, we will completely refund what you paid for the membership. Should your business not qualify, we will send a notification via email and refund the membership fee within 7 days plus the time it takes your bank to process the refund. 

If your business passes our qualifications, there are no refunds. 

There are refunds withing 30 days on clothing but no refunds on any merchandise. Contact our support if you would like to exchange anything. 


Each certification is automatically on a subscription; either a 1 year or a 2 year term. You have the right to cancel the subscription at any time by: 
1. Emailing [email protected] and asking us to turn off the subscription. 

2. Log into your account on americafirstcertified.com and cancel the subscription. 

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse America First certification and/or membership in our programs for any reason whatsoever.
